SHIPPING

Orders with standard shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within 3-5 business days (M-F) of purchase, unless otherwise noted. Processing time for custom/handmade pieces may take longer, details of which can be found in the product description and your order confirmation. You will be charged at the time the order is placed. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. If you would prefer an alternate or faster method of shipping, please contact us prior to ordering to make arrangements for the extra shipping charge.

RETURNS

All sales are final.  If your items arrive damaged in the mail let me know and we will make sure we correct the situation!

We will do whatever we can to make sure you are happy with your purchase.
