All sales are final. If your items arrive damaged in the mail let me know and we will make sure we correct the situation!
Refunds and Exchanges
If you need to return an item shoot us an email first within 5 days of receiving the the item at firstname.lastname@example.org to alert us of the damage. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will then assign store credit so you can shop some more.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non - refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We will do whatever we can to make sure you are happy with your purchase.
Orders with standard shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within 3-5 business days (M-F) of purchase, unless otherwise noted. Processing time for custom/handmade pieces may take longer, details of which can be found in the product description and your order confirmation. You will be charged at the time the order is placed. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. If you would prefer an alternate or faster method of shipping, please contact us prior to ordering to make arrangements for the extra shipping charge.
